And Now For Something Completely Different....

Sometimes I don't know what takes me so long to check out a band that someone I trust musically has been talking about for years. Bad Rabbits is one of those bands that I wish I had listened to a long time ago. I actually went to Northeastern with these guys and I'm sure I missed out on lots of shows while I was there. Although, I think they were formerly known as The Eclectic Collective (try saying that 3 times fast).  Recently, another friend, Mike Feeney, has been posting a lot about them so I decided it was about time I checked them out. Again, why did it take me so long when they are giving their music away for free??

Anyway, Bad Rabbits are definitely shaking things up. With a mix of R&B, funk, soul, and pop; they apparently couldn't fit into any already defined genre of music so "New Crack Swing" was created just for them. I have NO idea what this means but let me tell you....these tunes are catchy and fun as hell! They're about to head on tour with Travie McCoy (I wanna be a billionaire so frickin bad...) and are on the bill for Warped Tour this summer.
